This piece you should recognize, but do you recognize "Your STRESSES" and can you find ways to change it as we did with the music or the different colors of flowers. Blue for having the blues. Red for getting mad. Life is full of COLORS, just like the music!

Having any chronic illness is very STRESSFUL and requires changes and adapting to a new life style. Don't be afraid to seek help. STRESS and DEPRESSION can be tamed and you too can move on to enjoy lifes pleasures and to seek to live life to it's fullest.
